电针配合穴位注射治疗2型糖尿病脑梗塞30例疗效观察

目的:观察电针配合黄芪、复方丹参注射液穴注治疗2型糖尿病脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法:将60例2型糖尿病脑梗塞患者随机分为治疗组(益气养阴、活血通络法)和对照组(传统取穴法)各30例。结果:治疗组治愈10例,好转18例,未愈2例,总有效率93.3%;对照组治愈6例,好转14例,未愈10例,总有效率66.7%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电针配合黄芪、复方丹参注射液穴注益气养阴、活血通络法治疗2型糖尿病脑梗塞有一定疗效,是此类患者一种可取的传统康复疗法。

Curative Effects on the treatment of 30 Diabetic Cerebral Infarction Patients (H) by Electro-acupuncture Coordinating with Points

Objective To observe the clinical effect on the treatment of diabetic cerebral infarction patients (II) by electro-acupuncture coordinating with Huang Qi and Fu Fang Dan Shen injection into points. Methods 60 diabetic cerebral infarction patients (II) were divided equally into a test group (supplementing qi and replenishing yin principle and promoting blood circulation to remove obstruction from meridians principle) and a control group,(point selection principle). Results In the test group, 10 patients were cured, 18 patients were improving and 2 patients were ineffective and the rate of total effectiveness was 93.3% while in the control group, 6 patients were cured, 14 patients were improving, 10 patients were ineffective and the rate of total effectiveness was 66.7%. Conclusion The treatment of diabetic cerebral infarction patients (II) by electro-acupuncture coordinating with Huang Qi and Fu Fang Dan Shen injection into points is a kind of treatment that can replace the traditional rehabilitative therapy for the patients.
