急性上颈椎外伤的CT诊断

目的 分析急性上颈椎损伤的CT征像,评价CT在急性上颈椎损伤诊断中的价值及限度.方法 回顾性分析34例上颈椎外伤的X线、CT检查资料,6例行MRI检查.结果 寰椎骨折7例,齿状突骨折16例,枢椎椎体骨折3例,枢椎椎弓骨折7例,单纯性寰枢关节半脱位1例.结论 在急性颈椎损伤中,CT能快速、安全地对上颈椎骨折、脱位、做出准确诊断,CT是上颈椎损伤最好的检查方法,应该常规使用.

CT Diagnosis of Acute Upper Cervicals Trauma

Objective To analyze CT findings of acute upper trauma and evaluate the value limitation of CT in the diagnosis of acute upper trauma. Methods The radiographies and CT findings of 34 cases with upper trauma injuries were reviwed retrospectively,6 cases were examined by MRI. Results Fracture of the atlas 7 cases, fracture of dens 16 cases ,fracture of the body the axis 3 cases, fracture of the arch of the axis 7 cases, and fracture of isolated aflanoaxial dislocation 3 cases. Conclusions If the patient has the acute cervical trauma, CT can diagnose the fracture and luxation more precisely and safely.CT is the modality of choice in diagnosis of upper trauma injuries and should be performed routinely.
