齿状突骨折手术治疗体位和定位引导（附3例报告）

目的介绍一种齿状突骨折术中枕颈部体位和齿状突螺钉导针引入的方法。方法通过3例齿状突骨折术前不同体位的X片对比研究和枕颈部解剖结构分析，测量第3颈椎体前缘延长线与齿状突前缘的夹角和延长线与胸骨柄的距离，确定术中枕颈部体位和导针引入方法。结果3例齿状突骨折复位螺钉固定良好。结论术中确定好枕颈部体位，并用椎体成形针经胸骨柄上将引入齿状突螺钉的方法，使手术操作更容易定位更准确，减少了手术时间和风险。

Treatment position and oriented guide of the operation of odontoid fracture(with 3 cases)

Objective to introduce the occipitocervical position in odontoid fracture surgery and the method of the guided needle in odontoid screw. Methods Through researching 3 cases of odontoid fracture in different postures of preoperative X-chip and analysing the anatomic structure of the occipitocervix,and measuring the angle between the C3 front＇ s extending line and the odontoid process front and the distance between he C3 front＇s extending line and the sternum handle,to determine the treatment position and the oriented guide in the operation. Results 3 cases of odontoid fracture were reduced and fixed by using screw well. Conclusion Through identifying lntraoperative occipitocervical position well,and the method of introducing the odontoid screw by using vertebroplasty needle above the sternum, the operation turned easier and position more accurate, which reduced operative time and risk.
