摘    要:目的:调查学龄儿童感觉统合失调现状,探讨感觉统合失调与儿童行为问题和学习不良的关系。方法:整群抽取太原市某小学427名学生,进行感觉统合能力、行为问题及学习成绩的调查。结果:学龄儿童感觉统合失调率为40.75%,以前庭失衡和学习能力发展不足的发生率较高,感觉统合失调有性别差异,不同年龄组间的差异不显著。行为问题儿童的感觉统合失调明显高于无行为问题儿童。感觉统合能力与行为问题呈显著负相关。学习成绩差的儿童感觉统合失调率明显高于中等水平以上儿童。结论:感觉统合失调与儿童行为问题和学习困难密切相关,早期干预对促进儿童感觉统合能力发展、减少心理行为问题的发生有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the current situation of sensory integrative dysfunction (SID) in school-age children, and to explore the effect of SID on behavior problems and learning in children.Methods:427 children from a common primary school in Taiyuan were investigated with cluster sampling, who were assessed at sensory integrative ability, behavior problems and learning achievement by questionnaires.Results:The whole incidence of SID was 40.75% in school-age children. The higher incidence were vestibular unbalance and learning deficiency. There was sex difference in the incidence rate of SID. The difference among age-group was not significant. The incidence of SID in children with behavior problems was significantly higher than those in no behavior problems. There was negatively correlation between sensory integrative ability and behavior problems, rate of SID in learning disability children was higher than that of the others.Conclusion:Sensory integrative dysfunction is related to behavior problems and learning disabilities of children. Early intervention can advance sensory integration development, and decrease the incidence of psychological and behavior problems in children.
