分段式后牙邻面成形系统的临床应用效果评价

目的:评价后牙分段式成形系统和传统环周成形系统的临床应用效果。方法:选择18～64岁患第一恒磨牙近中邻面中度以上龋病病人203例224牙。将224个牙随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各112牙。实验组采用分段式成形系统,对照组采用环周成形系统,由同一名主治医师完成所有洞形的充填。在充填后即刻、1周和6个月由另一名评价者通过临床检查和X线片对患牙充填后的舒适度、食物嵌塞、解剖外形、边缘嵴、邻接关系和牙龈炎症6项指标进行评价,比较2种成形系统的临床效果满意度,并作统计分析。结果:充填后即刻分段式和环周成形系统上述几项指标(食物嵌塞除外)的满意度依次为:78.6%和55.3%、87.5%和73.2%、85.7%和75%、82.1%和66.1%、89.3%和87.5%;充填后1周和充填后6个月上述指标仍表现为分段成形系统优于环周成形系统。结论:对于后牙邻牙合面洞的充填,分段成形系统优于环周成形系统。

A clinical randomized controlled trial of posterior teeth matrix system

AIM: To compare the clinical effect of sectional and circumferential matrix systems.METHODS: Two hundred and twrenty-four first molars with class Ⅱ cavities which met with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into study group(sectional matrix system group) and control group(circumferential group).One doctor-in-charge completed all the cavity filling.Immediately after cavity filling,one week later and six months later,questionnaires were filled by another doctor to evaluate the comfort level,food impaction,packing feeling,anatomical shape,marginal ridge,proximal contact and gum inflammation.RESULTS: There were significant differences on indexes of comfort level,food impaction,anatomical shape,marginal ridge,proximal contact between the two systems.CONCLUSION: Sectional matrix system is better than circumferential matrix system in filling class Ⅱ cavities.
