| 摘 要： | 采用经左胸切除食管癌，胃经主动脉弓后这床上提至颈部，作食管胃一层吻合治疗食管癌１１８例，术后早期并发平发生率２１．１％，无一例并发吻合口瘘。死亡一例，占０．８４％，胸片复查显示胸胃位于纵隔内，胸内脏器无受压征象，术后生存率一年８１．２％，二年６６．６％，三年５１．９％，作者介绍了手术方法，并就手术优点等有关问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The esophageal carcinoma was resected through left thoracotomy,the stomach was pulledbehind the aorta arch up to the neck through the esophageal bed,hen esophagogastric single anastomosiswas conducted 118 cases of esphageal carcinoma were operated.Postoperative early complication occurred in21.1% of the patients.Thetre was no anastomosis leakage,only one patient died of respiratory failure.Postoperative chest X-ray showed that the stomach was laid in the mediastinum. There were no any signsthat organs were pressed in the chest.Postoperatively,the first year surriral rate was 81.2%,the secondyear was 66.6%,the third year 51.9%.Problems such as methods of the operation,advantage of the opera-tion were disscussed. |
