纳洛酮治疗30例早产儿原发性呼吸暂停

目的 观察纳洛酮治疗早产儿原发性呼吸暂停的临床疗效.方法 将诊断为原发性呼吸暂停的60例早产儿随机分为治疗组30例,用纳洛酮注射液0.1mg·kg-1·次-1,1次/8h,静脉滴注;对照组30例常规用氨茶碱,首剂5mg/kg,12h后予维持量2mg/kg,静脉滴注,1次/8h.结果 治疗组显效25例,有效4例,无效1例,总有效率96.7%;对照组显效12例,有效9例,无效9例,总有效率70.0%.两组总有效率比较有显著差异(P＜0.05).结论 纳洛酮治疗早产儿原发性呼吸暂停疗效显著,且无明显不良反应,值得推广.

A clinical observation of therapeutic effect of naloxone for 30 cases of primary apnea of premature infants

Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of naloxone for primary apnea of premature infants.Methods 60 premature infants with primary apnea were randomly divided into two groups: treatment groups(30 cases) and control group(30 cases).The premature infants with primary apnea in the treatment group were given 0.1mg/kg of naloxone intravenously once per 8 hours,and those in the control group were given intravenously 5mg/kg of first dose of aminophylline and 2mg/kg of maintenance dose of aminophylline after 12 hours once per 8 hours.Results In the treatment group,naloxone was effectual for 25 premature infants,was effective for 4 premature infants and ineffective for 1 premature infant,the total effective rate was 96.7%.In the control group,naloxone was effectual for 12 premature infants,was effective for 9 premature infants and ineffective for 9 premature infants,the total effective rate was 70.0%.In total effective rate,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of naloxone for primary apnea of premature infants is confirmed and significant,and there is no obvious side effect found,so it is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
