摘    要:目的对嗜水气单胞菌进行鉴定并进行肠毒素检测与致病性分析。方法采用常规法分离培养,电子显微镜观察形态,用法国梅里埃VITEK32全自动微生物鉴定仪进行系统鉴定。乳鼠灌胃法测定热稳定性肠毒素(ST),小白鼠腹腔注射法测定其毒力。结果检出的嗜水气单胞菌均产热稳定性肠毒素(ST),具备较强的致病性。结论分离的嗜水气单胞菌具有较强毒力,与致病性密切相关。

Abstract:Objective To identify the isloates of Aeromonas hydrophila clinically isolated and investigate the phathogenicity of its enterotoxin. Methods The isolates were cultured and observed under electron microscope and systemically identified with automatic bioassay device. The pathogenicity of enterotoxin was investigated by peritoneally injecting the enterotoxin into mouse. Results The Aeromonas hydrophila producing thermostatic enterotoxin is highly pathogenic. Conclusion Aeromonas hydrophila is associated with diarrhea.
