| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨切眉手术的适应症及手术技巧。方法：对近期行切眉手术的31例患者进行随访。结果：所有患者对手术效果均满意。结论：眉毛为人体器官，切眉手术时不应全部切除；应根据不同目的进行不同设计；术中将眶部眼轮匝肌做重叠缝合时充分改善上睑皮肤臃肿、松驰意义重大。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the indication and surgic al skills of eyebrow anaplasty.Methods:Total of 31cases with eyebrow anaplasty was followed up recently.Results:All the patients are satisfied with t he results.Conclusion:As main organs of the body,total remove of eyebrows is not good.Diffe rent design should be made according to different requirement and the muscles of orbicularis oculi should be overlapped for better resu lts. |
