| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨妊娠未足月胎膜早破者延长孕周的途径。方法:取未足月胎膜早破孕妇39例分成2组,治疗组21例采用生物蛋白胶封闭,18例未采用者为对照组。结果:治疗组孕周较对照组延长,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠未足月胎膜早破者采用生物蛋白胶封闭可适当延长孕周。

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe into the ways of extending the pregnancy period for persons who get preterm premature rupture of membrane (PPROM).Methods:39 pregnant women with PPROM were divided into two groups, one with 21samples for cure by fibrin glue (FG), the other 18 samples without fibrin glue as control.Results:The group with fibrin glue had got a longer pregnancy period than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Fibrin glue can appropriately extend the pregnancy period of women with PPROM. |
