PBL教学法在基层医院外科临床带教中的创新实践

摘    要:目的探讨PBL教学法在提高基层医院外科护理带教中的实践效果。方法将在本医院外科实习的50名护生随机分为对照组和试验组各25例,对照组采用常规教学法,试验组采用PBL教学法,统计并分别比较两组护生在理论考试、操作考试成绩和试验组护生对PBL教学法的评价中的差异。结果试验组护生的理论考试成绩、操作考试成绩均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规教学法相比,PBL教学法更能提高基层医院外科临床带教的学习质量,有助于培养护生的临床与理论创新能力。

Abstract:Objective To explore and discuss the practice effect of problem-based learning (PBL) method in improving the quality of surgery nursing teaching in primary hospital. Methods Fifty nursing students from surgery department of the primary hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 25 students in each. The control group were taught with the conventional method, and the experimental group with the PBL method, to analyze and compare the differences of the scores in the theory examination and operational examination between the two groups, and the difference in the evaluation of PBL method by the nursing students in the experimental group. Results The scores of theory examination and operational examination in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with the conventional teaching method, the PBL method can improve the quality of surgery teaching and help to cultivate the nurses' clinical and theory innovation ability in the primary hospital.
