92例心搏骤停患者复苏影响因素分析

目的探讨心搏骤停患者院前心肺复苏和院内心肺复苏的差异性,为临床医师提供参考。方法将我院2006年12月至2011年11月发生的心搏骤停的患者分为两组,A组为院内发生心搏骤停的患者47例,B组为院前发生心搏骤停的患者45例。两组患者均在第一时间内(均≤4分钟)由专业的医务人员进行急救。A、B两组均按2005年心肺复苏指南进行抢救。对两组患者急救的成功率进行比较。结果 A组复苏成功26例,成功率为55.32%;B组复苏成功11例,成功率24.44%。两者的成功率有显著的差异(P<0.05)。结论院内心搏骤停抢救成功率显著高于院外心搏骤停抢救成功率,考虑与院内抢救条件及急救设备,高年资医务人员参与抢救,医务人员掌握心肺复苏技术的熟练程度有关。

The Impacting Factors of Resuscitation on 92 Patients with Cardiac Arrest

Objective To explore the difference between prehospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation and nosocomial cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and provide references for clinic. Methods The cardiac arrest patients from December 2006 to November 2011 in our hospital were divided into group A and group B. In group A, 47 patients had cardiac arrest in hospital; in group B, 45 patients were rescued out of hospital. The patients of the two groups were all rescued by professional medical staff in the first time (≤4 mins). The rescue was carried out according the guideline of CPR, 2005. The success rates between the two groups were compared. Results 26 patients were rescued succesfully in group A and the success rate was 55.32%; 11 patients were rescued succesfully in group B and the success rate was 24.44%. There was statistical difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusions The success rate in group A is obviously higher than that in group B. The factors affecting the success rate may include the rescue condition, equipment quality, the form of medical staff and the proficiency of CPR.
