| 摘 要： | 目的探讨解剖钛钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的临床效果。方法对36例39足骨折患者,采用跟骨外侧"L"型切口,在解剖复位满意后采用解剖钛钢板内固定治疗,必要时行人工骨骨移植。结果所有患者例均获随访,随访时间10～16个月,所有患者骨性愈合,优30足,良7足,可2足,优良率95%。结论解剖钛钢板内固定在治疗跟骨骨折的方法中值得肯定。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect of anatomical titanium plate internal fixation for calcaneal fractures. Methods 36 patients with fracture (39 feet) received calcaneal lateral L-shaped incision and anatomical titanium plate internal fixation after satisfactory anatomical reduction. Artificial bone grafts were taken when necessary. Results All patients were followed up for 10～16 months. All patients had bone healing with 30 excellent cases, 7 good cases, 2 common cases and the excellent and good rate of 95%. Conclusions Anatomical titanium plate internal fixation is valuable in the treatment of calcaneal fractures. |
