自拟黄丹汤治疗椎动脉型颈椎病50例临床观察

目的探讨治疗椎动脉型颈椎病更有效的疗法。方法将100例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组采用自拟黄丹汤;对照组采用针刺风池、大椎、百会、后顶、列缺穴位。两组均治疗14次为1疗程,1个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组治愈为70.0%,总有效率为98.0%;对照组治愈为44.0%,总有效率为84.0%,两组比较,治愈率和总有效率差异有非常显著或显著性意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论中药自拟黄丹汤治疗椎动脉型颈椎病具有较好的疗效。

Self-made Huangdan Soup in the Treatment of 50 Cases of Vertebral Artery Type Cervical Spondylosis

Objective To explore the more effective therapies of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis. Methods 100 patients were randomized into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The treatment group received self-made huangdan soup, the control group received acupuncture wind pool, Ojo, Baihui, posterior parietal, Lieque acupuncture points. The two groups weretreated for 14 times as a treatment course, the effecs was observed after a treatment course. Results 70.0% were cured in the treatment group, and the total effective rate was 98.0%; 44.0% were cured in the control group, and the total effective rate was 84.0% ; thedifference of cure rate and total effective rate between two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01, P <0.05). Conclusions Chinese medicine self-made Huangdan soup has good effect in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.
