高血压脑出血微创与传统保守治疗的疗效比较

目的对比高血压脑出血微创术与保守治疗的疗效。方法以采取微创术治疗的患者作为观察组,以同期内科保守治疗的患者作为对照组,评估并对比两组疗效及临床死亡率。结果观察组基本治愈率为54.76%,总有效率为95.24%,死亡率为2.38%;对照组基本治愈率为34.55%,总有效率为76.36%,死亡率为18.18%;观察组基本治愈率、总有效率与死亡率均明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论微创术治疗高血压脑出血疗效确切,可提高患者治疗有效率。

The Efficacy Comparison of Minimally Invasive and Conservative Treatment for Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective To compare the efficacy of minimally invasive and conservative treatment for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods The patients with minimally invasive surgery were set as the observation group; patients with conservative treatment over the same period were set as the control group. The efficacy and the mortality rate of two groups were compared. Results The cure rate of the observation group was 54.76%, the total effective rate was 95.24%, the mortality rate was 2.38%. The cure rate of the control group was 34.55%, the total effective rate was 76.36%, the mortality rate was 18.18%; The cure rate, total efficiency and mortality of the observation group were significantly better than the control group, P <0.05. Conclusions The efficacy of minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is definite, which can improve care efficiency of patients.
