妊娠期糖尿病对妊娠结局的影响

目的探讨对妊娠期糖尿病的孕妇进行孕期管理对妊娠结局的影响。方法选择确诊为妊娠期糖尿病的患者共120例,随机分为对照组和观察组,分别60例;对观察组实施孕期系统管理,而对照组未实施系统管理,同时抽取同期分娩且血糖正常的孕妇60例,作为正常组,比较3组母婴并发症的发生率。结果对照组并发症发生率显著高于观察组和正常组(P<0.05),但是观察组与正常组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病的孕妇实施系统管理,可显著降低母婴并发症的发生率。

The Effect of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus on Pregnant Outcomes

Objective To observe the influence of interventions and managements on pregnant outcomes in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 120 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into the control group (60 cases) and the observation group (60 cases). The observation group received the system management while the control did not receive the system management. 60 pregnant women with normal blood glucose at the same period were selected as the normal group. The incidence of maternal and neonatal complications among 3 groups was compared. Results The complications incidence of control group was higher than that of observation group and normal group, and the differences of complications incidence between the control group and observation group, the control group and the normal group were statistically significant (P <0.05). There were no significant difference between observation group and normal group (P >0.05). Conclusions The system management on pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus can reduce the incidence of maternal and neonatal complication.
