环磷酰胺联合氯吡格雷治疗肾病综合征的临床研究

目的探讨环磷酰胺联合氯吡格雷治疗肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法选择我院收治的56例肾病综合征患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组28例。两组均采用基础治疗,对照组在此基础上采用环磷酰胺治疗,观察组则采用环磷酰胺联合氯吡格雷治疗。观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组的完全缓解率和总有效率均明显高于对照组,无效率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后观察组的肾功能指标明显优于对照组、复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间不良反应比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论环磷酰胺联合氯吡格雷治疗肾病综合征的疗效好,复发率低,不良反应少。

Clinical Study of Cyclophosphamide Combined with Clopidogrel in the Treatment of Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of cyclophosphamide combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome. Methods 56 patients with nephrotic syndrome in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group (n = 28). Both groups were given basic treatment. The control group received cyclophosphamide treatment on this basis, the observation group received cyclophosphamide plus clopidogrel. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The complete remission rate and total effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the ineffective rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group; the differences between two groups were statistically significant (P <0.01). The renal function indicators after the treatment in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group; the differences between two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no statistical difference between two groups in the side effects (P >0.05). Conclusions Cyclophosphamide combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome has good curative effect, low recurrence rate and fewer side effects.
