| 摘 要： | 目的：观察头孢吡啶治疗老年下呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法：对56例老年下呼吸道感染病人应用头孢吡肟2g静脉滴注治疗，每12h静滴1次，1个疗程7－14d。结果：总有效率91．1％，治愈率71．4％，病原菌清除率81．6％，不良反应少。结论：头孢吡肟是治疗老年下呼吸道感染安全而有效的药物。

EFFICACY OF CEFEPIME FOR AGED PATIENTS WITH LOWER RESPIRATORY TRACT INFECTION |

| Abstract: | Objective\ To assess the therapeutic efficacy of Cefepime for lower respiratory tract infection of the aged people. Methods\ Fifty six patients with lower respiratory tract infection were treated with Cefepime 2 g, iv, drip, every 12 hours, for 7 to 14 days.\ Results\ The total response rate was 91.1%; cure rate was 71.4%. The bacterial eradication rate was 81.6%. The adverse reactions were rare.\ Conclusion\ Cefepime is effective and safe in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection of the aged. |
