| 摘 要： | 本文分析了北京大学临床肿瘤学院继续教育工作中存在的问题，并提出了如下建议：①对不同层次的继续教育对象应当有不同的学分要求；②中级职称人员的继续教育工作重视“讲”；③科室层面的继续教育工作需要加强；④加强继续教育工作考核机制的建设。

| Abstract: | The author tried to point out the problems of continuing medical education(CME) in our hospital and put forward tentative proposals. It is necessary to define the different standard of credit requirements for different subject. "speaking" should be emphasized particularly for the staff with the intermediate title. Further improvements of CME at department level are necessary. The effective evaluation for CME should be designed seriously. |
