Wistar大鼠畸变产物耳声发射长期稳定性观察

摘    要:目的:观察Wistar大鼠畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)长期稳定性。方法:对12只(21耳)健康、无耳疾病Wistar大鼠,分别于产后2、4、8、16周时测试F2为553、783、1105、1560、2211、3125、4416、6250、837Hz各点DPOAE(2f1-f2,f2/f1=1.2,L1=L2=70dB SPL)幅值。结果:除2周龄Wistar大鼠在F2为553、783、1105Hz三点DPOAE幅值较其后各周低,且差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)外,其他各周龄在各频率点DPOAE幅值差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:4-16周龄Wistar大鼠DPOAE幅值在各频率点相对稳定,DPOAE可作为4-16周龄Wistar大鼠听力跟踪实验的指标,以此判断相应时期内耳蜗功能的改变。

Abstract:Objective To observe the long-term changes in distortion product otoacoustic emissions (DPOAE) in Wistar rats.Methods 12(21ears) healthy Wistar rats were selected 2 weeks after birth.The DPOAE audiogram (F 2=553,783,1 105,1 560,2 211,3 125,4 416,6 250,8 837 Hz,2f 1-f 2,f 2/f 1=1.2,L 1=L 2=70 dB SPL)were measured and analyzed at 2,4,8,16 weeks after birth .Results Fewer changes were observed in level of DPOAE amplitudes at each frequency 4 weeks after birth ( P >0.05). Conclusion The results suggest that the DPOAE levels in Wistar rats have a good long-term stability at each frequency since 4 weeks after birth. It may be used as models for the evaluation of long-term changes of cochlear function.
