| 摘 要： | 目的探讨卵巢癌中OPN蛋白及HE4蛋白表达与临床病理因素间的关系及其预后的影响。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测47例上皮性卵巢癌、15例卵巢上皮交界性肿瘤及10例卵巢上皮性良性肿瘤组织中OPN及HE4蛋白的表达情况,分析蛋白表达与临床病理因素间的关系及其对预后的影响。结果OPN及HE4蛋白的表达呈正相关,与临床分期、腹水、淋巴结转移密切相关,P<0.05。结论OPN及HE4基因蛋白高表达可能与上皮性卵巢癌浸润、侵袭、淋巴结转移有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of OPN and HE4 gene protein in cervical cancer.
