| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨B超在慢性肝炎分级分期中的作用。方法 :对 2 80例慢性乙肝患者B超表现与病理分级分期进行对比分析。结果 :肝右叶最大斜径、脾厚和胆囊炎症 (如胆囊壁毛糙、增厚和双边征 )改变与慢性乙肝肝组织炎症活动程度显著相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;而脾厚、肝内回声强度和血管走行与肝纤维化程度密切相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :B超表现对判断慢性肝炎病情的轻重有较大的价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the role of B mode ultrasonography in pathological grading and staging of chronic hepatitis B(CHB). Methods: B mode ultrasonographic manifestations and the pathological grading and staging were compared in 280 patients with CHB. Results: There was a positive correlation between the oblique diameter of right lobes of liver, thickness of spleen and inflammatory changes of gallbladder, and the grade of necroinflammatory activity of CHB (P<0.05). Furthermore, the thickness of spleen and imaging of blood vessels of liver were significantly associated with the degree of liver fibrosis of CHB (P<0.05). Conclusion: B mode ultrasonography is valuable in judging the severity of CHB. |
