急性脑血管病患者血中过氧化脂质、超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的观察

摘    要:本文测定了72例急性脑血管病患者及21例健康人血过氧化脂质(LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)。结果表明,急性脑血管病TIA组、脑梗塞组及脑出血组入院首次血浆LPO均值都高于对照组,红细胞SOD及全血GSH-Px均值低于对照组,并以脑梗塞组和脑出血组更明显。

Abstract:Plasma lipoperoxide (LPO) content, erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and blood glutathione peroxidese (GSH-Px)activity were studied in 72 patients with acute cerebral vascular disease (ACVD). The results showed that LPO in all these diseased groups was statistically significantly higher than that of the control group, SOD and GSH-Px in all these diseased groups were statistically significantly lower than that of the control group. It is indicated that lipid peroxidative reaction incurred in ACVD, free radicals were involoved in secondary brain injury of ACVD.
