失语症患者在康复过程中信息交流有效途径的调查研究

目的探讨失语症患者在康复治疗过程中进行有效而良好信息交流的途径。方法将136例失语症患者随机分为实验组和对照组，并实施不同的信息交流途径，采用两次问卷调查并评分，观察各交流途径的有效性。结果护患之间有目的的信息交流可明显提高第2次调查时两组患者的得分，实验组得分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论口语、书面语和体态语相结合是失语症患者护患之间进行信息交流的最佳途径。

An effective means of communication between nurses and patients with aphasia

Objective To explore an effective and feasible means of communication between nurses and the patients with aphasia under rehabilitation treatment.Method One hundred and thirty six patients with aphasia were randomly assigned to control and experimental groups.Groups were balanced for age,education level,and initial aphasia severity.Verbal means was applied to communicate with the patients with aphasia in control group,and verbal means combined with non verbal means was applied to communicate with those in experimental group.The effect of different means of communication was evaluate by score in questionaire. Result After purposeful communication between nurses and the patients with aphasia ,average score was significantly higher.Moreover,in second questioaire,average score of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control(P< 0.01).Conclusion verbal means combined with written language and posture,was a effective and feasible means to communicate with an aphasic patient.
