间接视神经挫伤的原因及治疗

目的：探讨导致视神经挫伤的原因及有效的治疗方法。方法全身应用大剂量皮质类固醇冲击3d，并加用血管扩张剂及神经营养剂，经筛窦视神经管减压术后3个月观察。对治疗结果进行分析。结果视力无提高2例，无光感～0．06患者13例，无光感～0．1患者4例，无光感～0．3患者5例，无光感～0．6患者1例。结论视神经挫伤应早期及时药物联合手术治疗。

The Reasons and Treatment of Indirect Optic Nerve Contusion

Objective To investigate the reasons leading to the optic nerve contusion and effective treatment methods.Methods The 3 days systemic impact of high-dose corticosteroids associated with vasodilator agents and neuro-trophic agents and observation of the ethmoidal optic nerve decompression surgery after 3 months was conducted.The re-sults after treatment were analyzed.Results The visual acuity of two patients was not improved,the visual acuity of 13 patients was from no light to 0.06,the visual acuity of 4 cases was from no light to 0.1,the visual acuity of 5 patients was from no light to 0.3 and the visual acuity of 1 case was from no light to 0.6.Conclusion Optic nerve contusion drugs in combination with an early and timely surgical treatment is the best choice.
