超声检测对子宫瘢痕妊娠的早期诊断及临床价值

目的：回顾性分析子宫瘢痕妊娠的超声图像特征，探讨利用超声检查对瘢痕妊娠的早期诊断价值及临床意义。方法分析35例疑似子宫瘢痕妊娠患者的早期超声诊断资料，将早期超声诊断结果与手术病理证实结果进行比较分析，评估早期超声对其诊断效果。结果经超声探查有32例符合子宫瘢痕妊娠声像，超声诊断准确率为91．4％（32／35），超声早期诊断结果与手术证实结果间具有正相关性。结论应用超声检测诊断早期子宫瘢痕妊娠具有重要临床价值，对治疗方式的选择有重要的指导意义。

Ultrasonic Testing on Early Diagnosis of Uterine Scar Pregnancy and its Clinical Value

Objective Ultrasonic ultrasonographic features of uterine scar pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed,this article probed into the value of ultrasonic testing on early diagnosis of scar pregnancy and its clinical signif-icance.Methods Thirty-five cases early ultrasound diagnosis information of patients with suspected uterine scar preg-nancy were retrospectively analyyzed.Early ultrasonic diagnosis and surgical pathology confirmed results were compara-tively analyzed and the diagnosis effect of early ultrasound on it were evaluated.Results Thirty-five cases in line with the uterine scar pregnancy ultrasound diagnostic accuracy rate was 91.4%（32/35）,ultrasound confirmed that early di-agnosis and surgery had a positive correlation between the results.Conclusion The application of ultrasonic testing on early uterine scar pregnancy has important diagnostic value and is of important guiding significance to the choice of clini-cal treatment.
