康复新液对大鼠实验性结肠炎 EGF，HGF 表达的影响

目的：探讨康复新液对葡聚糖硫酸钠（ DSS）诱导的大鼠溃疡性结肠炎的疗效及其对表皮生长因子（ EGF）、肝细胞生长因子（ HGF）表达的影响。方法将40只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为4组：正常对照组、模型对照组、柳氮磺胺吡啶（ SASP）治疗组和康复新液治疗组。观察大鼠的腹泻、便血等症状，用免疫组化法检测EGF，HGF表达。结果与模型对照组相比，SASP治疗组和康复新液治疗组大鼠的症状和结肠黏膜组织学损伤显著改善（P＜0．05）。与模型对照组和SASP治疗组相比，康复新液治疗组EGF，HGF表达增高（P＜0．05）。结论康复新液可以改善DSS诱导的急性大鼠结肠炎腹泻、便血等症状，减轻结肠炎性损伤，康复新液促进EGF及HGF表达可能是其作用机制之一。

The Effects of Kangfuxin Solution on Expression of Epidermal Growth Factor and Hepatocyte Growth Factor in Experimental Colitis

Objectve To investigate the therapeutic effect of Kangfuxin solution on dextran sulfate sodium （ DSS） induced ulcerative colitis and its effect on expression of epidermal growth factor（ EGF） and hepatocyte growth fac-tor（ HGF） .Methods Forty male rats were randomized divided into four groups：normal control group, model group, SASP-treated group and Kangfuxin solution-treated group.The diarrhea and hemafecia of rats were observed and recor-ded.The expression of EGF and HGF was measured by using immunohistochemistry.Results Compared with model group,the inflammatory symptoms and histological damages of colonic mucosa in SASP and Kangfuxin solution-treated group were significantly improved（P〈0.05）.In comparison with model group and SASP-treated group,the expression of EGF and HGF increased in Kangfuxin solution-treated group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Kangfuxin solution may amelio-rate the symptom of colonic inflammation,alleviate diarrhea and bloody stool.Kangfuxin solution is effective in treatment of acute colitis,which may be associated with the increase of EGF and HGF expression.
