不同产地虎杖中总黄酮含量的比较

目的对虎杖总黄酮进行测定,并比较不同产地虎杖中总黄酮含量。方法用70%乙醇超声提取虎杖总黄酮,亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝比色法测定总黄酮含量,平均加样回收率为:100.4%,RSD为1.8%(n=9)。结果来源于南京、徐州、灌县、宜宾、阿坝、榆林、南昌、深圳、佛山、阳江、广州、洛阳、安庆、桂林、南宁、昆明、武汉、长春、涟源的虎杖药材中,总黄酮含量分别为:10.98%、10.10%、9.60%、10.01%、9.14%、10.94%、8.92%、9.32%、12.34%、11.99%、7.19%、10.21%、16.73%、9.06%、9.29%、12.44%、13.95%、7.34%1、4.10%。结论测得不同产地虎杖的总黄酮含量是有差别的。

Determination of Total Flavonoids in Polygonum cuspidatum from Different Habitats

OBJECTIVE To determine the total flavonoids in Polygonum cuspidatum from different habitats.METHODS Total flavonoids in Polygonum cuspidatum were extracted with 70% ethanol solution by ultrasonication.Total flavonoids were determined by colorimetry at 500 nm with aluminum nitrate as the coloring reagent at the presence of sodium nitrite and sodium hydroxide solution.The average recovery was 100.3% with RSD 1.89%(n=9).RESULTS The total flavonoids in Polygonum cuspidatum from Nanjing,Xuzhou,Guanxian,Yibing,Aba,Yulin,Nanchang,Shenzhen,Foshan,Yangjiang,Guangzhou,Luoyang,Anqing,Guilin,Nanning,Kunming,Wuhan,Changchun,Lianyuan were 10.98%,10.10%,9.60%,10.01%,9.14%,10.94%,8.92%,9.32%,12.34%,11.99%,7.19%,10.21%,16.73%,9.06%,9.29%,12.44%,13.95%,7.34% and 14.10%,respectively.CONCLUSION The colorimetric method was suitable for the determination of flavonoids in Polygonum cuspidatum.The total flavonoids content in the drug are different.
