| 摘 要： | 摘要目的探讨心理护理对慢性精神分裂症患者认知功能的改善，提高慢性精神分裂症患者的生活质量。方法采用慢性精神病人标准化精神病量表，对52例入组病例随机分组，分别进行观察评分，并进行相关因素的比较。结果心理护理的干预对慢性精神分裂症患者的认知功能产生了其他护理方法不可替代的积极作用。结论在传统护理方法的基础上，介入心理护理的方法更能有效地改善慢性精神分裂症患者的认知功能，明显提高慢性精神分裂症患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of psychological nursing on cognitive function and increase the living quality in chronic schizophrenia.Methods Fifty-two patients were randomly divided into two groups and compared the correlative factors of them.The effects were evaluated with CMPSRS (chronic mental patient standard rating scale).Results The psychological nursing is effective for cognitive function of chronic schizophrenia.It is not substituted for other therapy.Conclusion In the basis of traditional nursing measure,the psychological nursing is significant effective for improving cognitive function and increasing living quality in chronic schizophrenic patients. |
