摘    要:目的 了解放养在山东济宁的钉螺睾丸卵巢组织化学及酶组织化学变化情况。方法 采用组织化学及酶组织化学方法,检测钉螺生殖腺组织中细胞色素氧化酶(CCO)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、5’-核苷酸酶(5’-NT)、萄葡糖-6-磷酸酶(G-6-Pase)和琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)。结果 北移钉螺睾丸卵巢的糖原、DNA和组蛋白含量减少;CCO、5-NT、LDH和G-6-Pase活性降低;睾丸内SDH活性增高。结论 北移钉螺睾丸卵巢代谢异常是导致生殖功能减退的重要因素。

Abstract:Objective To observe the histochemical and enzyme-histochemical change in spermary and ovary tissue of onconela-nia snails fed in lining. Method Histochemical and enzyme-histochemical changes in gonads were observed. Results The contents of glycogen,DNA,5'-Nucleoticlase(5'-NT) ,LDH and G-6-Pase were inhibited in ovary of these Oncomelania snails fed in Jin-ing. But the SDH activity was elevated in the spermary. Conclusion It was an important factor that the unusual metabolism had resulted in decline of function in gonads of the Oncomelania snails in Jining.
