微波烧灼并用5-氟脲嘧啶液灌注治疗尿道内湿疣

目的探讨治疗尿道内尖锐湿疣及预防其复发的有效方法。方法治疗组58例患者先用微波烧灼尿道内尖锐湿疣1次,待疣体消除干净后再用5-FU液进行尿道内灌注;对照组63例患者仅用微波烧灼治疗1次。最后观察尿道内的疣体清除情况,如发现疣体则用病理检查确证。结果治疗组痊愈率为91%,对照组痊愈率为13%,两组差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论微波烧灼加5-FU液灌注是治疗尿道内尖锐湿疣并预防其复发的有效措施。

Treatment of Intraurethral Condyloma Acuminatum with Microwave and 5-FU fluid Perfusion

Objective To study the effective method about treating intraurethral condyloma acuminatum and preventing its relapse.Methods 58 patients of treatment group were treated with microwave once first, then, perfusing the urethra with 2.5% 5-FU fluid weekly for 6 weeks.63 patients of control group were only treated with microwave once.After 3 months,all patients were observed to find whether to have condyloma body or not in the urethra.Results The cure rate of treatment group was 91%; the cure rate of control group was 13%.The result showed significant differese(P<0.01).Conclusions It was an effective method to treat and prevent intraurethral condyloma acuminatum with the microwave and 5-FU fluid perfusion.
