口服曲马多用于甲状腺手术超前镇痛对麻醉效果的影响

目的观察口服曲马多缓释片用于甲状腺次全切除手术超前镇痛对麻醉效果的影响。方法采用随机、双盲、空白对照的研究方法,择期行甲状腺次全切除手术患者160例,随机分为实验组(A组)和对照组(B组)各80例。实验组术前2h口服曲马多缓释片100mg和胃复安10mg;对照组则在相同时间点仅口服胃复安10mg。观察两组病人术中镇痛效果、病人神志、血压和心率变化。结果术毕视觉模拟评分实验组镇痛效果和对照组并没有显著性差异(P>0.05),而术后恶心发生率实验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口服曲马多缓释片用于甲状腺次全切除手术进行超前镇痛,并不能有效增强术中的麻醉效果,而且具有一定的副作用。

Influence of Pre-emptive Analgesia with Tramadol Taken Orally on Anesthesia Effects of Hypothyroid Operation

Objective To observe the influence of pre-emptive analgesia with tramadol taken orally on anesthesia effects of hypothyroid operation.Methods 160 patients who need to select a good time to carry out hypothyroid operation were divided into two groups(A and B).In group A,tramadol(100mg) and metoclopramide(10mg) were taken orally in 2 hours before operation.In group B,only metoclopramide(10mg) was taken orally in the same time as control group.Obsreve the effect of analgesia,consciousness,bloodpressure and heart rate in operation.Results There was no significant difference in analgesia between two groups through the visual analogue scale(P >0.05),but the rate of nausea in group A is higher than that of group B(P <0.05).Conclusion Tramadol taken orally in pre-emptive analgesia with hypothyroid operation can't effectively improve the analgesia effect and has certain side effects.
