| 摘 要： | CT球管是昂贵的高值耗材，球管更换经费占据CT运转成本中的较大部分。在CT球管多发故障中，管芯玻壳破裂，旋转阳极卡死，灯丝烧断占到故障的大约70％，是不能进行修复的；管芯真空度下降，旋转阳极线圈烧坏，密封件漏油，散热风扇烧坏等故障是可以修复的。但及时对球管进行维护保养，定期更换被碳化的高压油，是减缓管芯玻壳破裂、延长球管使用寿命的最有效方法，对部分真空度下降的管子通过训管可提高管芯真空度和电性能。

| Abstract: | Due to computed tomography tube is an expensive and consumable material, the tube replacing expense takes up a larger part of CT operation costs. The daily maintenance of CT tube can prevent the multiple malfunctions so as to increase its service life. |
