颈椎间盘突出症"牵引推拿于一体"治疗的临床研究

目的:通过"颈椎间盘突出症牵引推拿治疗的临床研究",观察分析"牵引推拿于一体"1]疗颈椎间盘突出症的优越性。方法:将166例患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各83例。治疗组:利用本人发明的实用新型专利"简易全功能理疗床,"(专利号:ZL200420059523.5),采用"牵引推拿于一体"的治疗方法(此方法2004年通过临沂市科技局鉴定)。对照组:采用传统的牵引和推拿分别应用的方法。结果:有效率:治疗组98.39%。对照组89.56%。复发率:治疗组6.67%,对照组17.78%。结论:"牵引推拿于一体"的方法治疗颈椎间盘突出症优势明显(P<0.05)。

Clinical Research of Tows and Massages to Treat Neck Protrusion of the Intervertebral Disc

Objective:Through the clinical research of tows and massages to treat neck protrusion of the intervertebral disc,To observe the superiority of tows and massages.Method: 166 cases were divided into two groups at random,The treatment group and the control group were each with 83 cases.Using simple entire function physical therapy bed which was invented myself in treatment group(patent number ZL200420059523.5).and using tows and massages method(This method was throuqh LinYi science and technology bureau appraisal in 2004).Using traditional the tows and the massages distinction application method in control group.Result: The treatment group's effectiveness was 98.39%.The control group's effectiveness was 89.56%.The recurrence rate in treatment group was 6.67%.And the control group was 17.78%.Conclusion: Tows and massages to treat neck protrusion of the intervertebral disc,have obvious superiority(P<0.05).
