| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃十二指肠疾病与Hp感染的关系。方法对793例胃十二指肠病人施行胃镜检查及尿素酶试验。结果793例胃十二指肠不同疾病Hp检出率各异,其中消化性溃疡阳检率高。结论Hp是慢性胃炎,尤其是慢性活动性胃炎、消化性溃疡的重要致病原因之一,还可能是胃癌的协同致癌原。

| Abstract: | ve To study the relationship between gastroduodenal diseases and helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection. Methods 793 cases of various gastroduodenal diseases were examined with gastroduodenoscopy, and the urease of patients was tested. Results Various positive rate of Hp infection was obtained among 793 cases of gastroduodenal diseases. The peptic ulcer had highest positive rate of Hp infect ion. Conclusion Hp infection is the cause of chronic gastritis, especially of chronic active gastritis, and peptic ulcer, may be the cause of gastric carcinoma. |
