| 摘 要： | 对5例子宫恶性苗勒氏管混合瘤进行临床病理观察。结果：瘤团周围间质反应、术后采用化疗，放疗预后较好。部分病例进行免疫组化标记，提示恶性苗勒氏管混合瘤可能由原始干细胞发生。

| Abstract: | Five cases with malignant mullerian mixed tumors of the uterus were observed clinico-pathologically. The result showed that in tumors with reaction of the surroundign stromahad favorable prognosis by postoperative chemotherapy or radiotherapy.A part of the tu-mors stained by immunohistochemical method suggested that malignant mullerian mixed tu-mors of the uterus might develop from the original stem cells. |
