摘    要:目的 开发与建立基于B/S (Browser/Server)模式的区域性细菌耐药网管理系统.方法 由医学检验专业人员应用最新的Ajax、C#(C sharp)、独立冗余磁盘阵列(redundant array of independent disk,RAID)等信息技术,面向区域性细菌耐药监测工作独立开发网络信息管理系统.结果 成功建立了智能化的细菌耐药网管理系统,该系统操作简易、数据传输可靠、运行速度快,完成了实时在线统计、展示结果、分地区汇总、直观比较、自动审核与报警等功能.配合中心及时的菌种复核,实现了跨平台、高保密性、智能化、数据挖掘及可与各高校数据库对接等特点.结论 基于B/S模式的智能细菌耐药管理系统有利于及时准确掌握区域内细菌耐药状况,加强医疗机构抗菌药物临床应用的监督和管理,提高抗菌药物临床合理应用水平.

Abstract:Objective To set up a territorial intelligent inspection system of antimicrobial resistant based on B/S (Brower/Server) mode.Methods Using the latest information techniques,such as ASP.net,C#,RAID etc,the clinical laboratory personnel set up a web information system for inspection the territorial antimicrobial resistance.Results It concludes an intelligent web system for inspecting the regional antimicrobial resistance,with plenty of functions and characters,such as easy operation,reliable data transmitting,online statistic,territorial counting and charts displaying,automatic auditing,etc.With the check and secondary germiculture timely in the laboratory of Hebei Provincal Center for Clinical Laboratory,it realized much more professional features,such as cross platform,super secrecy,artificial intelligence,data mining,database expanding and exchanging.Conclusion With the development and using of the system,it is propitious to master the information of territorial antimicrobial resistance for the laboratories and supervision departments.It can not only strengthen supervision and management of the antimicrobial resistance and clinical application for the medical institutions but also enhance the level of logical using of antimicrobial drugs.
