若尔盖县饮茶型地方性氟中毒调查结果分析

摘    要:目的了解若尔盖县饮茶型地方性氟中毒的病情危害程度,为制定饮茶型氟中毒防治规划和措施提供科学依据。方法按照《四川省饮茶型地方性氟中毒流行现状调查方案》。结果成人氟骨症、氟斑牙检出率高,分别是79.3%和69.1%,尿氟几何均数达1.60mg/L,超过全国正常值。儿童氟斑牙检出率38.5%,尿氟均数为0.67mg/L。茶水及砖茶氟含量都高分别是2.45m#L、846.31mg/kg。结论若尔盖县属于典型的饮茶型地方性氟中毒,氟骨症检出率随年龄增加而增高,呈慢性、累积的氟中毒过程。氟骨症检出率与年龄呈明显的正比关系。

Drinking- tea- type Endemic Fluorosis in Zoige County

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the severity of the drink -tea -type endemic fluorosis in Zoige county for es- tablishing prevention schemes and measures. Methods The study was carried out under guidance of Epidemic Survey Plan of Drink - tea - type Endemic Fluorosis in Sichuan Province. Results The detection rate of skeletal fluorosis and fluorotic teeth among adults were high ( separately 79.3 % and 69. 1% ). The geometric mean of urinary fluoride was 1.60mg/L, which exceeded the national normal standard. The detection rate of fluoride teeth among children was 38.5% , with the geometric mean of 0. 67% ml/L. The percentage composition of fluorine in tea water and brick tea were both as high as 2. 45mg/L and 846. 31mg/L respectively. Conclusion Zoige is an area of typical drink - tea - type endemic fluorosis. The detection rate of skeletal fluorosis hold an up- trend as the age grows, presenting a chronic and cumulative process.
