| 摘 要： | The now world, Knowledge - based economy is already to see the clue. The expert points out that mankind are going into a Knowledge- based economic times. Possession, disposition, production,distribution and application knowledge(intelligence)resources are becomes an important factor to develop economy of the times. The nucleus of knowledge - based economy depends on knowledge innovation. And the modem library is as the collecting and distributing center of knowledge product- document informa-tion, and should break traditional concept, and build up innovating consciousness, and strengthens innovat-ing management, and better exert the function of medical library for meeting the arrival of knowledge econ-omy.
