视屏显示终端作业对女工神经行为功能的影响

目的 探讨视屏显示终端（VDT）作业对女工的早期危害，为女工劳动保护提供依据。方法应用WHO推荐的“神经行为功能核心测试组合（NCTB）”对某电信局寻呼台64名VDT作业女工的神经行为功能进行测试。结果接触组消极情绪状况中的紧张、愤怒、疲劳得分，均显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）；积极情绪状态得分，显著低于对照组（P〈0．01）；平均反应时、最快反应速度和最慢反应速度，均显著慢于对照组（P〈0．01）；数字译码、视觉持留记忆、手提转敏捷度测试中的惯用手和非惯用手操作、目标追击-Ⅱ测试中的正确打点数得分均显著低于对照组（P〈0．01）；数字广度测试中的顺序、总和项得分均显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。在控制了年龄混杂因素条件下，简单反应时中的最慢反应速度，工龄≥5年组显著慢于工龄〈5年组（P〈0．05）；数字广度（总和）得分，工龄≥5年组显著低于工龄〈5年组（P〈0．05）。结论电信VDT作业对中枢神经系统有一定的抑制作用。

Effect of VDT on Neurobehavioral Function of Female Workers

Objective To study the early harmful effects of VDT operation on female workers. Methods Neurobehavioral core test battery(NCTB) was applied to observe the effects of VDT on 64 female workers at work place. Results The scores of negative mood state of the operators in the exposed group had no significant difference compared with those in the control group,while the scores of positive mood state(powerful) were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Benton visual retention and pursuit aiming tests in the exposed group were remarkably lower than those in the controls,and the simple reaction time was significantly longer than that in the control.It suggested that the communication VDT exposure affects the operators' psychological mood states,short time memory,attention,visual feeling,visual and hand moving speed,hand accuracy moving ability,and coordinating eyes and hands moving ability to some extent.The adverse effects were correlated with the workage. Conclusion The communication VDT exposure might have the adverse effects on neurobehavioral function of female workers.
