| 摘 要： | 目的 通过计算机辅助设计（CAD）获得待修复的前牙贴面的数据，以备计算机辅助加工（CAM）之用。方法 用光学测量的方法获得牙预备体，邻牙和对He牙的数据信息，并三维重建出这些结果。此后，选用拟修复的牙的理想牙冠的形态根据缺牙区的大小及邻牙和对He牙的情况进行修改，使之适应该缺牙区的情况后，用修改好的该牙冠理想的形状数据与预备体的形状数据相减，即获得的所需贴面的数据。结果 获得了所需的贴面的数和图像。结论 本研究建立了一套通用性良好的前牙贴面修复的CAD系统，为CAM的实现奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | Objective To obtain the data of veneer through CAD(Computer-aided design)for CAM(Computer-aided manufacuring).Methods We used the optical measurement method to obtain the data information of the prepared tooth,the approximate tooth and the opposite tooth.After that,we modified the standard crown shape of the prepared tooth to fit the opproximate and opposite teeth.Then we used the modified data of the standard crown to subtract the data of the prepared tooth,the result is that the data of the veneer which was needed. Results We obtained the data of veneer for CAM.Conclusion We had built a system to design veneer with computer and provided the data of veneer for CAM. |
