| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨螺旋CT对急性阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法 经临床确诊的49例急性阑尾炎的CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果 阑尾肿大增粗9例，阑尾盲肠周围炎21例，阑尾周围脓肿19例，27例中有39个粪石，右侧结肠旁沟积液14例，右侧腰大肌影模糊8例。结论 螺旋CT是诊断急性阑尾炎的有效手段，尤其能为临床合理治疗提供有利的帮助。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of spiral CT for acute appendicitis. Methods The CT findings of 9 patients with clinically proved acute appendicitis were analyzed retrospectively. Results On CT images, appendiceal swelling and thickening were found in 9 cases, appendiceal perityphlitis in 21, periappendiceal abscess in 19, 39 blocks of stercorolith in 27, effusion from right paracolic gutter in 14, and blurring shadow of right psoas major in 8. Conclusion Spiral CT is an effective means to diagnose acute appendicitis. |
