| 摘 要： | 垂直前位喉次全切除术能去除９０％的喉，应用颈阔肌皮瓣可重建一个功能上满意的新喉。３２例咽喉病人进行了这种手术，结果肌皮瓣全部成活，无术后死亡。除１例因进食呛咳需鼻饲外，余３１例完全恢复喉的吞噬、呼吸及发音功能。文中对手术方法、优点及体会进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Vertical frontal subtotal laryngectomy,a procedure that can remove as much as 90 % of the larynx,was used to produce a functionlly acceptable neolarynx with platysmal myocutaneous flaps. Thirty-two patients with laryngeal carcinoma underwent this operation. All flaps survived and there was no necrosis after operation. With the exception of one patient who require nasal feeding because of an irritating cough when swallowing food, all the other patients regain breathing,swallowing and phonating of laryngeal function. The operative methods,advantages and experiences are discussed in this paper. |
