增生性瘢痕P物质含量的放射免疫测定

摘    要:目的测定增生性瘢痕组织中P物质含量是否高于非增生性瘢痕及正常皮肤。方法用放射免疫法分别对增生性瘢痕、非增生性瘢痕及正常皮肤组织中P物质含量做定量分析研究。结果增生性瘢痕组织中P物质含量显著高于非增生性瘢痕及正常皮肤组织(P<0.01)。结论 P物质在增生性瘢痕的发病过程中可能起重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To measure the content of substance P in human hypertrophic scar. Method The method, of radioimmunoassay was used to determine the content of substance P in human hypertrophic scar, non-hypertrophic scar and normal skin. Result The content of substance P in hyper- trophic scar was significantly higher than that in non-hypertrophic scar and normal skin (P<0. 01). Conclusion Substance P may play an important role in the process of hypertrophic scar development.
