| 摘 要： | 目的探讨改善留置导尿管后的舒适度。方法将58例住院患者随机分为两组，观察组28例选用一次性无痛气囊导尿管，对照组30例选用普通一次性气囊导尿管。使用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）与焦虑评分法（HAMA）对置管后8h、24h、48h进行评分。结果使用一次性无痛导尿管的患者置管后8h、24h舒适度明显优于普通气囊导尿管，两组48h无显著性差异。结论使用一次性无痛导尿管的患者置管后24h内舒适度优于普通导尿管。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of painless disposable enveloped urine in patients.Methods 58 patients were divided into two groups randomly.28 of them in the experimental group used painless disposable enveloped urine tube and 30 in the control group used ordinary disposale enveloped urine tube.The two groups were evaluated 8,24 and 48 h after drainage with VAS(Visual Analogue Scale) and HAMA(Hamilton Anxiety scale).Results The patients in the experimental group were significantly more comfortable than those in control group 8 and 24 h after drainage.However,there was no difference between the two groups 48 h after drainage.Conclusion Using painless disposable enveloped urine tube in patients has significant advantages compared with using ordinary one within 24 hours after drainage. |
