| 摘 要： | 目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定复肾康胶囊中大黄酸含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Lichrospher C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(76∶24),流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为254nm。结果:大黄酸检测浓度在48.6～113.4μg.mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.70%,RSD=0.70%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,可用于复肾康胶囊的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Rhein in Fushenkang capsule.METHODS:The determination was performed on Lichrospher C18 with the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% H3PO4(76∶ 24)at a flow rate of 1.0mL· min-1.A UV-detector at 254nm was used.RESULTS:The linear relation of Rhein was excellent within the range of 48.6～ 113.4μ g· mL-1(r=0.999 9),and the average Recovery was 99.70%(RSD=0.70%,n=9).CONCLUSION:The method is simple,rapid,accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Fushenkang capsule. |
