| 摘 要： | 目的：了解高职医学大专新生的心理健康状况。方法：整群随机抽取500名入学新生，采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）进行研究。结果：医学高职大专新生心理问题检出率47．9％，总体上心理健康水平高于同龄学生，低于国内一般人群。结论：需要采取措施促进医学高职大专新生的心理适应能力。

| Abstract: | Objectives:To study mental health of freshmen in adult medical school. Methods:500 freshmen were collected by random sampling. They completed SCL-90.Results:The incidence rate of mental problem for medical school freshmen is 47.9%. The mental health level of medical school freshmen is better than that of young men with same ages, but is lower than of common people in the country. Conclusions:It is necessary to take the steps to promote their mental adaptive capability. |
