试析“司内揣外”对中医诊法的促进作用

“司内揣外”语出《灵枢·外揣四十五篇》。其与“司外揣内”的结合，应是中医诊法的至臻境界。通过对“司内揣外”与“司外揣内”两者辩证关系的分析，我们认为，重视对“司内揣外”的研究，有利于挖掘中医经典中合理的理论内核，并有助于梳理清楚中医诊法的存在的认知误区，对完善中医传统诊法和促进中医传统诊法与现代医学科学仪器的有机结合具有促进作用，从而对中医临床辨证论治的有效实施大有裨益。
