肺应秋四时人体免疫功能变化规律临床研究

目的:寻找人体肺脏免疫生理病理相关指标变化的四季节律性。方法:检测四季健康人及肺炎病人各30例血清C3、IgA含量,进行统计分析。结果:①健康组C3值具有夏季春季秋季冬季的趋势,与秋季相较,三季均有非常显著性差异(P0.01);健康组IgA值具有春季冬季夏季秋季的趋势,与秋季相较,三季都具有非常显著性差异(P0.01)。②疾病组C3值具有秋季夏季春季冬季的趋势,与秋季相较,春、冬两季均有非常显著差异(P0.01)疾病组IgA值具有春季冬季夏季秋季的趋势,与秋季相较,春季具有非常显著性差异(P0.01)。③与同季健康组相较,C3春季疾病组、秋季疾病组具有显著性差异(P0.01);与同季健康组相较,IgA秋季疾病组具有非常显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:①人体免疫功能存在季节性变化趋势和节律。②血清C3、IgA可能参与了秋季肺炎的发病,为肺炎季节性发病的病理生理机制研究提供了临床依据。

Clinical Research on Immune Functions Variational Rule of Humans in the Four Seasons in TCM Lung corresponding with the Autumn

Objective：Search the seasonal rhythm of human lung immune physiological and pathological correlative variational index.Methods：Examine C3、IgA in blood serum of 30 healthy persons and 30 pneumonia patients in every season. to make statistical analysis.Results：①C3 has the trend of summerspringautumnwinter in healthy group ,in compare with autumn,other three seasons have highly remarkable difference（P0.01）;IgA has the trend of springwintersummerautumn in healthy group,in compare with autumn,other three seasons have highly remarkable difference（P0.01）②C3 has the trend of autumnsummerspringwinter in disease group,in compare with autumn,the spring and winter have highly remarkable difference（P0.01）,IgA has the trend of springwintersummerautumn,in compare with autumn,spring has highly remarkable difference（P0.01）③in compare with the same season in healthy group,C3 spring disease group and autumn disease group have highly remarkable difference（P0.01）;in compare with the same season in healthy group,IgA autumn disease group have highly remarkable difference（P0.01）.Conclusion：①The human immune function has seasonal variational trend and rhythm.②C3、IgA in blood serum maybe participate in the autumn pneumonic happen to provide clinic gist for research on the pathologic and physiologist mechanism of pneumonic seasonal occur.
