莫西沙星治疗下呼吸道感染的临床研究

摘    要:目的:探讨莫西沙星治疗下呼吸道感染的临床效果,为临床合理应用抗菌药物提供依据。方法:选取2012年5月-2013年5月在我院治疗的下呼吸道感染患者57例,随机分为观察组28例和对照组27例,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予莫西沙星注射液(250ml:0.4g,德国拜耳)(0.4g、ivgtt、qd)抗感染;对照组给予左氧氟沙星注射液(100ml:0.5g左氧氟沙星与氯化钠0.9g)(0.5g、ivgtt、qd)抗感染,连续治疗10d。比较两组患者发热、咳嗽及啰音症状消失的时间及治疗效果的总有效率,所有数据进行统计学比较。结果:观察组总有效率为88%,对照组总有效率为58%,两种方法治疗的总有效率具有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组在患者发热、咳嗽及啰音症状方面可以有效控制,症状消失时间均远短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:莫西沙星治疗下呼吸道感染疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective:To study the clinical effect of moxifloxacin treatment of respiratory tract infections, and to provide basis for clinical rational use of antibacterial drugs. Methods:57 patients with lower respiratory tract infections were selected from May 2012 to May 2012 in our hospital treatment, w observation group 28 cases and control group 27 cases, observation group on the basis of conventional treatment for moxifloxacin injection (250ml: 0.4g, bayer (Germany), ivgtt, qd (0.4g) resistance to infection; The control group given levofloxacin injection (100ml: 0.5g)of levofloxacin and sodium chloride 0.9 g (0.5g, ivgtt, qd)resistance to infection, treatment for 10 days in a row. Compare two groups of patients with fever, cough, and then the sound symptoms disappear time and treatment effect of total effective rate, all the data for statistical comparison. Results: the total effective rate was 88%, observing group, control group total effective rate was 58%, the total effective rate of treatment with two methods statistically(P〈0.05);Observation group in the patients with fever, cough, and then the sound can effectively control the symptoms, symptoms disappear time are much shorter than the control group, the difference statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: moxifloxacin treatment of lower respiratory tract infection curative effect, worth clinical application.
